Terrible experience, my booking had not been recorded, after 20 min wait they decided to start my massage, during which my therapist and her colleague had a chat, another client was brought into the room for treatment, more chatting and the 60 min massage was completed within about 35-40 mins. Had I not paid in advance via treatwell I would not have paid for the treatment at all. Very unhappy and stressed when I left.

Aromatherapy Massage
Awful! Had a Wowcher for full head of highlights and cuts. The place itself was really scummy. The lady seemed clueless to what she was doing. She plonked the foil strips in my lap and told me to pass them up to her when she asked. I counted 9 foils in total for my full head - 3 up the middle, then 3 either side. She missed massive chunks of hair so blotted the areas she thought she missed. Such a terrible job. Didn't help she kept stopping to answer the phone or chat to walk in customers, so the colour was on a really uneven time. I should have just walked out, but thought maybe she'd cut better. I was so wrong. I told her i wanted a bob, but slightly longer hair and the front, then shorter layers at the back. She hacked into my hair. She butchered it and did the reverse - giving me a mullet-esq. I said that wasn't what i wanted at all, then she offered to take more off, but i'd had enough and said no. Ended up going to Rush in Romford the next day for a fix. They couldn't believe what a hack job they did. Ended up costing me more money in the end - so avoid!!
