Happy with the service. Place was more busier than expected and felt it was a bit under staffed. The service was decent but could be improved. Also the place could do with a good tidy up. On the plus side appointments were available on very short notice and was good value for money overall.
Eyebrow Threading
I was a bit disappointed with the staff , one of the assistants kept whispering in my ear saying if I want a blow dry it will be an extra £15 , but a blow dry was part of the package, she was soon corrected by the manager , but she kept pressing that I book another facial there and then , I did intend on coming back but I just don't like be harassed into doing something
