First time been here. The place is so dirty. I was booked in for first appointment their was hair all over the floor and they were not set up my appointment started 10 min late. Overall massage was ok but I was in a room with abother person...not good. The haircut was bad...my old her a few inches...took too much off....wouldn't go here again
Friendly staff, nice ambiance and a bit expensive.
i went for my massage today, massage treatment was so GREAT i really enjoyed....the salon was full of customers, i dont know how the manage it, nicely decorated,i booked my next massage as well after two weeks time, i will rate this place as five stars nina
"This is one salon I would no recommend and should have heed the negative reviews of other customers that have posted on treatwell. The place lacks privacy in the treatment room, I didn't feel as it has fully trained staff, no professionalism, no salon attire, or respect to its customers. The allocated person is never there when we get to the venue so alternative staff takes over. In my case I had another staff who tried to give me a Swedish massage which I was not happy with. I told her that she didn't have any techniques or that I was not feeling anything when she "massaged" me but she failed to contact her colleague or allowed me to ask for anyone to take over. When she started to give "massage" I even had to ask her to move the massage couch to the centre so she could do it properly on both side of my body and after doing so, she kept bumping into the wall and myself which left me more stressed and uncomfortable. All she did was splash oil over my body and rubbing it in like a moisture to the skin. There was no rhythmic movement with her massage or way to drain the toxin from my body. She didn't even use no pressure or kneading movements in her massage and was moving from one part of the body to another (ie legs, shoulders, then back to legs etc) The treatment room is divided into two parts - one a tiny area measuring roughly 5' x 8' which is separated by the dark, see through curtain from the bigger part of the room. The couch is placed against the wall and in one corner there was accumulations of storage stuff and it was very dark and shabby. With two customers in same room, there is no privacy as one can see through the curtain and with the music loud, it is impossible to relax. The massage was finished within 35 mins (including time taken into consideration for undressing and dressing up). Upon informing the manager when I came out, I was rudely told that no one would get such a cheap massage anywhere and to keep me from giving the negative feedback, she tried to offer me another paid massage with free 15 mins of facial which I declined. I also noticed that they try to make customer change the booking by offering alternative treatment when we get there. I am sorry but I do not have any respect for this place after how I was spoken and treated. Even if they do complete overhaul of the place, I would not have any faith in them esp after being spoken to rudely by the manager herself."
This was my first visit to tigeez - the salon is quite clean and bright. There is free parking also. I had a bad shoulder which needed attention so I had booked the 1 hour massage. I called to rearrange the appointment as I had a heavy workload but was refused as I did not want to be charged extra- though Treatwell did have a time i could cancel by and was within this time. The massage itself was not bad and the therapist did try to help. As they were running 40 mins late - I was offered a free facial- which I did not get. But was offered after I had raised it- as I had already put my clothes on and was out in the reception area. The massage was done in the room with another paying customer. There was a black sheer curtain but I had to undress in front of them which was a bit strange. Massage started with the back of the knee and the back felt rushed. The main problem was the 1 hour massage is advertised for an hour - I got 47 minutes. A lady before me also complained in the reception area to which the therapist did reply we advertise for an hour but its not actually an hour. Ok, with changing time included it should be at least 55 minutes. If they can fix this- it would be a better service and maybe the massage wont feel so rushed. I emailed the salon but they have not had the courtesy to reply.
