Tigeez is most impotant part of my life for past 7 years now, i had almost all treatments done facials, massages, laser treatments, waxing, hair ups , highlights , manicure padicure, and many more.... This Place is so relaxing , and the staff is so co,oprative . i have already recommended my friends and families and they are happy too..

I hate to be negative, but this was the worst salon experience I have had!
When I first arrived at the salon I was put on the phone to a man who was the manager and was told that I couldn't have treatment as my appointment was for the day before. I pulled up my receipt (as I had already paid online) and showed that I had come on the correct day (so they couldn't try and take my money without treatment).
When the lady started my full head of highlights, she didn't speak much English nor do I think she has ever had any hair or beauty qualification.
Anyway may hair turned out stripey where the highlights had gone wrong and wasnt done properly which means I have to wear clips in my hair everyday at work.
When I asked one of the other staff members what to do (as she was the only one who spoke good English) she said that it was fine and not that bad and another told me to change my parting!!!!!! I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to change my parting due to a hairdresser who is incompetent. Waste of £49.
Even before my appointment, the lady who was there before me did warn me not to risk it. If I could've had my money back I probably would have gone elsewhere and not risked it. Hopefully there's an improvement as I'm really unhappy about everything!

Had my hair cut here.
The treatment was quite quick which was good. The hair cut itself was nice, however a little shorter than what we agreed.
The blow dry was lovely, really curly and bouncy.
All in all i would go back here for a cut or colour again. thanks :)
