What can I tell your guys if is there one thing bad so easy to tell but there is lots of thing which is make everyone unhappy . let me tell you about my today experience , when i went there my appointment was at 12:30 pm and they start 12:42 and first they as me to get ready/ change in corridor , which is fully unprofessional way how can any body change in corridor . I refused to do that then she took me to another room after doing half leg she took me another room and then she do rest my wax . what you going to say about this ? I am unable to show picture of my arms is still hairs on my arms . when she start my eyebrows i explain here how to do my eyebrows but she done totally unprofessional Job . One more thing let me tell you I booked full body wax but when i went there they said biko is not included is not part of body which is really funny . they charge extra £15.00 . Check today weather is fully hot day and in shop NO AC No FAN for customer . There is one table fan which is only for owner . she was sitting front of fan . In Room is fully Hot and Suffocation in shop . The girl how did wax she is not bad but she is also helpless because there is nothing available for customer . I feel really feel sorry for workers . Anny which is may be owner of the shop who done biko OMG she is so in Russ to do . She even never realise about hot wax she just put all hot wax on my skin . guys is just waste of money really poor service . I waste more then 2Hrs and they did worse service i had today . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and totally unprofessional.

The massage was lovely. The lady had very gentle caring hands. However the appearance/ambience of the place has let itself down. People kept on walking in during my massage which was very unsettling and you could hear a lot of noise coming from outside. If you are looking for a relaxing beautiful place to go to then this is not the one, but if you would just like a nice massage and don't mind people stepping into the room every 5 minutes then this is your place. Also I was told that after I had made my appointment online that I should have called up to make sure that they definitely had availability which is a bit weird as I had made the appointment online already so had expected to keep to that appointment.

I travelled out of London to get my hair done for a price that wasn't extortionate- and this was well worth the journey. Don't expect a luxury salon experience, it's a very basic salon but I was happy with my hair so that's the main thing! Was lovely to be in and out in just over 2 hours as usually cut and colour can take a lot longer than this.
