Didn't feel like other deep tissue massages just felt like a routine massage. Head massage felt very relaxing though

No customer service, rude staff who are patronising and rush you. Never been to a place where they don't offer any type of refreshments. It was a really got day so I asked for something to drink and I received a gone off orange juice!! It was horrible.. Oh and the balayage was horrible, I went home and immediately tried fixing it up myself.

Firstly, the disappointment with the venue not clearly stating that they do not cater for men.
Secondly, since I had to give up my appointment and give it to a lady, they did a good massage for her, but did a short cut with the time.

The salon was dirty and the lady was very inexperienced. She didn't have good hands and didn't know how to touch. The massage was meant to be for 30 minutes but she did for 20 minutes of which 10 minutes was staying with a mask. Basically the face and foot massage lasted for just 5 minutes each.
