I was happy with the treatwell experience and aspects of my visit to Tigeez. The staff were lovely and the balayage was done well in terms of the blending. However the cut is completely wonky, the conditioning treatment was just conditioner that everyone would normally use and the colour hardly shows up at all.
I am going to need to have both the cut rectified and colour improved, which means that the value for money, whilst initially very good, is now not any different to full price if not more.

An enjoyable massage, friendly service with a well scented relaxation room. The room divided into 2 with a sheer curtain so privacy can be an issue if another client present. Regardless an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Very professional but too busy, every time i go they are busy but still i wait for my facial treatment because the result is amazing, recently i got my full head of balayage done it looked great. THANKS Recommended
The first time I went, I had better service. However, I went back just 4 weeks later for the same full body wax treatment and the woman was unprofessional. She kept muttering to herself, missed out patches of hair all over my arms and legs, and also loaded up my arms with wax - I've had waxing done at many different places, so I know you're not supposed to have a thick layer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and totally unprofessional.

The massage was good, the actual staff who did the massage were friendly but whoever was at the front desk was very blunt. The atmosphere in the massage room was pleasant and clean but the front not so much as they do other treatments in the front . Only real complaint was the massage beds do not have the face hole which made my neck a bit sore but then my neck was also massaged so all in all not bad.
