I had my wax done in here for the first time (hollywood, full legs and underarms), the girls were really good and comfortable to be with, and gave me a service at an excellent level. Had a price confussion at first but the manager was very nice and understanding in fixing that. Excellent overall, will be booking more treatments from now.

The treatment (balayage hair highlights) was as advertised and expected. I was nervous as I don't usually dye my hair at all, but the hairdresser took time to discuss what I wanted and what I could expect, which I appreciated. My criticism is mainly of the cleanliness of the salon, which was lacking. It needed a thorough dust and clean, and there were bags of rubbish lying around, the toilet had no hand towel etc. It just made the whole experience less enjoyable and less of a treat, and is very simple to fix. Also, the booking was advertised as taking 1.5 hours and it took nearly 4 which was quite stressful!
