If no stars were an option I would have put that
I truly am not one to go complaining about anything but today the service I had received was shockingly bad.
After returning from abroad after a long flight with my restless 2 year old and then having to go to work the next day my body was taking a toll on me and all I wanted was a simple massage to relax a little.
I had booked in a 40minute aromatherapy massage at tigeez on green lane at 4.20pm.
When I arrived the staff were not even expecting me. I was told I would not be able to get my massage as they were going to close at 5. I didn't quite understand why your system thus allowed me to make my booking in the first place.
I was then offered a shorter indian head massage which I agreed to but only because I was exhausted and thought something is better than nothing.
A few minutes into the treatment I could sense that something was not right. The lady giving my massage had no clue what she was doing. She put a little oil in my hair and just gave it a little rub here and there. It most definitely was not an Indian head massage. I for some reason gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought it would get better but it most defiantly did not. I actually felt like telling her to stop and walking out of there. She clearly had no qualification to give an indian head massage.
I ended up paying for the treatment but.looking back I wish I had not. I could have done a much better job myself. I expressed this to the lady that seemed to be in charge and all she did was say.sprry and said she would talk to the lady who did the massage.
I actually got in my car and was crying. I was so exhausted and then frustrated I wish I had never even bothered. A waste of time money and energy.

Very happy with the entire service and how they catered to a very last minute appointment. Staff were very friendly! Definitely recommending to friends and family 😊
I didn't like the fact the beautician used the same strip to do the whole wax. I had to ask her to use a new one.

Staff kind & friendly, put at ease. Didn't initially confirm exactly what I wanted, but once discussed, kept me informed of each step as she went along.
