The salon opened a bit late but apologies were given and it was explained that if the appointment was booked directly with them then they would book me a bit later than their opening time. Amina did my hair and she made me feel very comfortable and just by showing a picture, she already knew what to do. Aniey gave some advice too. They all asked me if I want coffee or tea which is very good customer service. Overall, I liked my experience here and I was satisfied with my balayage.

The waxing was more painful than usual since the staff kept on using old waxing strips which were thick with wax and hence would get stuck on reusing them again and again. They should change the strips more often. They also left some hair on my arms.
