Great haircut, and very quick, as I basically just needed a tidy up. The massive mirror which obscures the wash basins is a bit weird and I'm not sure about the felt tip pen flowers on the back wall.

Unhappy with treatments. Have patches of hair still remaining on my legs and after the Brazilian. Am also feeling quite bruised after being subject to tugging on the skin. Had to ask 3 times for an area to be waxed even after the consultant and I agreed prior to the treatment both verbally and by email what I actually required. Would not recommend.
