Lovely salon, well decorated, beauty treatment rooms in the basement had a slightly damp smell though, staff were knowledgable and friendly, made me feel really comfortable. Never had hot wax before and not sure the results are as good as traditional wax, probably wouldn’t have it again and not sure I’ll go back for more treatments in the basement, which is a shame
