Really annoyed to have got an email confirmation of a 1030 online appointment. You’re encouraged to do that when you phone. Nobody on reception. No way of alerting anyone that i am here on time and therefore no treatment which Is very disappointing. Waited 20 mins and even left a phone message. Booked on basis of reviews so not impressed.
