I was a regular customer and had an appointment this morning and it was cancelled. Now I am not complaining about that I understand it was an emergency and I hope everything is OK but I am disappointed in the customer service .
I travelled there and waited it was time wasted for me. And again I say this is not against any of the therapist as they are great and the reason I go but when rang and asked to rearrange I explained I was on holiday tomorrow so I can't come this week. I got replied with "ok sorry" I have worked in customer service for many years so I do know how to treat customers. I asked was I not getting compensation for travelling down wasting my time and now my waxing not being done before my holiday, she said there is nothing I can do. I understand that they can't get me in today but was there an offer or a discount or invited back when I return from holiday? No! I told the girl I was disappointed in thr customer service and all I got was sorry there was nothing she could do.
This does not show a good company ethic towards customer service and to retain customers.
* yes I will email you but to be clear this was not a complaint about the cancellation it was a complaint about the customer service I received.
