Easy booking, was seen on time, pleasant enough environment. The actual gel varnish removal was harsh - I hate the process anyway so maybe I'm overly sensitive but during the treatment I was visibly pained and days later some of my nails still hurt, the areas around a few fingers are sore from being grazed by the nail file, and the nails themselves look beaten up (which may be a normal gel removal thing, but I've not had it the previous two times)
