This was my first visit, and I was disappointed. My appointment started nearly 20 minutes late, making everything feel rushed. I booked a shape and tint, but the shaping was not done properly—my hybrid brows weren’t even, and although I asked for them to be adjusted, the final shape was still uneven. There was no aftercare advice, and with another client already waiting, I felt the appointment was rushed rather than focused on providing a quality service.
