Although I enjoyed the treatment the other facilities wasn't very good. I found the place very dirty and needed a good clean. The food was very basic and could be improved.

A thoroughly relaxing day. Although it was a January offer it was excellent value for money. My treatment was excellent as usual. Would recommend the Manor House Spa to family and friends. Downside the jacuzzi wasn’t working but it wasn’t a problem.

Visited manor house west auckland as a gift from my sister. Spa did not provide slippers so we had to walk bare foot to get our light lunch. Also had to pay a £10 deposit for robes. Had to change infront of people also. Treatments where lovely, jacuzzi wasnt available due to it being broke which was a shame as we were looking forward to this the most. As for the room it was fine, but my sister wasnt happy as the house wine she bought for £18was not in room on arrival like it stated so i had to ring up and sort that. Overall not bad. Few problems

Swimming pool area looks like it is getting a bit shabby, Jacuzzi was out of service and the walls were a little dirty looking, possibly damp marks behind the jacuzzi area. The bedroom was cold on arrival, would help if cleaners/housekeepers were to check the radiators were on when the room was booked out. I think I prefer the rooms in the main.
