The food was lovely, the spa facilities are basic and could do with updating. The staff are friendly but possibly more staff needed to keep on top of the wet floor in the conservatory.
However the overall experience was relaxing. Thank you.

Had 2 nice days at the spa plus a treatment on the first night . I had a facial which was very good , my husband had paid £6 extra for a back massage as it wasn't in the package of treatments ,he asked for a firm back massage which it was rather like the soft massage he expected it to be more intense , but to no complaint it was ok
