Let me start with the bedroom was very cold no bedside table hence i left my kindle!!! .
The spa the Jacuzzi was not working again!!!!and a sorry really was not good enough.
we never sore any one cleaning the tiles round the pool in fact we never sore any staff in the pool area.
We would normally use the pool before breakfast but what was the point.To breakfast not very good at all my tomatoes tasted like soapy water.
This was our third visit and to say we were very disappointed is an
understatement.

My wife did not have this treatment. She had a facial and back massage. The deal was done through Groupon so we did not expect a full service of treatment and more a taster. Both treatments were suppose to be 25 minutes long, however my wife went into her treatment at around 7:10 pm and returned back for 7:45pm. I was not happy about this as the treatments wee booked from 7:00pm meaning she did not get what we paid for. Also the towels given were disgusting as they had mould spots on and the floor in the conservatory was never regularly cleaned. The staff were very nice and did the best they could but I put this down to the owner and there management skills.

We were asked if we'd like to upgrade and pay extra to have a body mask which we did. What was not explained is that our actual treatment time would remain the same so we paid more money but lost 5 minutes off our original booked treatment. Thought this was a bit cheeky and should be explained. No complaints about actual treatment. Think pool area looking a little tired now in comparison to the new conservatory area

I took my Mam for a Spa Day in January, which was mediocre at best. The Spa itself appears very nice on the surface however is run down and dirty. The female changing rooms resembled a High School changing room; cold, damp and not very clean. The Spa was also packed full with no spare beds to relax in therefore we did not use the Pool etc.
The Spa Deal I purchased included a 2 course meal that was not good at all, unfortunately. The Hotel also appears under staffed and therefore we were met with a lot of waiting around and ringing of bells to pay bills and order drinks.
On the plus side the treatments were great and the staff absolutely lovely.
