Spa was ok, treatment would not recommend they used too much oil in massage and felt worse when we came out than before we went in, food was lovely though

Excellent value for money, treatments where very good, food was a little disappointing we ordered the fishcake but didn't expect two tiny ones the size of a ten pence piece, also it would be a good idea to inform people to bring there own footwear for when in spa.

Very disappointing! The service in the restaurant was not great, staff were unfriendly and quite abrupt and the food was also poor quality. The staff at the spa were very friendly and helpful however the quality and cleanliness was not great. We were given robes with holes in and the threadbare towels had stains on. The experience was not worth the money and I wouldn’t return which is a shame as the building itself is lovely.
