Had a lovely day with good facities. Meal was good too but the services was slow which meant we didn't have as much time in the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful.

After arriving at the hotel we booked an extra treatment as well as our free treatment in our stay package deal. The treatments over all were fine however we arrived to find that the hot tub was not working which we were not informed about before we got there. If this wasn’t enough my friends shoes were then stolen leaving her with no shoes for our hotel stay. The shoes still haven’t been returned two weeks on so was no accident. Staff couldn’t do much to help us and ended up missing our meal and ruined our stay due to having to go buy new shoes. Still two weeks later waiting for a reply from either hotel or spa in regards to complaints. Absolute joke
