Just great from start to finish,decorating could do with doing but otherwise all’s well
I was not overwhelmed by the spa for cleanliness. There were no slippers available for round the pool. The tiles from floor to wall round pool was disgusting the silicone was black.
I never seen any cleaning staff. There was fluff and crumbs around the edges I felt uncomfortable and left earlier than I wanted. The massage staff were very nice but I could of done that to be honest. The towels were quite hard. The fish cake was not as it stated the tone I had was salmon.
Unfortunately I won't be back
I have been to the Manor House several times and always enjoyed it. This time was different the lady doing my treatment left me for periods of time inbetween putting different lotions on. He movements were definitely not flowing or relaxing and at one point she was trying to massage my dry back. When she did my facial she didn’t put anything under my neck for support so I was quit uncomfortable. This ended up being a very disappointing birthday treat. If it had been the first time I had visited I definitely wouldn’t be back. Which is a shame as Iv had great experience in the past

Lovely midweek break with the girls. Small but nice spa treatments were fab. Only downside no drinks in spa would have been nice to relax with a glass of wine. Brilliant value for money will definitely be back.
Staff very friendly but the pool area could do with updating looks a little run down and need more loungers only 6 to 8 there
