Treatments and staff were fab. I do believe the pool area could be a lot cleaner, also the cups for the water machine were everywhere, I maybe more bins would help.clean Cups weren’t in a very hygienic place should be in a dispenser.

Therapist was great and fab treatments
What could be better is the additional treatments I didn’t notice in the form some of the treatments because they were underneath the selected boxes so I missed out on them they were the £4 ones which the therapist pointed out after my treatments I would of got these if I’d seen them. These need to be highlighted more

The Manor House is a bit dated although, you could say it was full of character. The Spa changing rooms need updating but the Spa itself is a wonderful relaxing retreat. All the Staff are very friendly and the room we stayed in was very clean. The food is excellent and good value for money. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we will be returning.
