Such a relaxing setting with beautiful scenary, staff very welcoming and helpfull. I absolutely loved the whole buildings features/ settings/ rooms and the spa facilities I would definately return and highly recommend to others.

Enjoyed a 2 treatment with lunch deal. Staff lovely and approachable- treatments very nice and relaxing. Food served was value for money and nice quality. Only downside was the changing room -dated, small and the area could have been better maintained ie toilet not flushing and floor needed cleaning

We were met by lovely staff who informed us what the day consisted of, our treatments were amazing! I had a massage and body polish carried out by Rachel, an absolute credit to your team she was lovely, what a lovely day Thanks

Venue in need of a deep clean ,changing room(ladies) no toilet paper, showers mouldy.Treatment room noisy ,towels on treatment bed were stained,clicked and thin, treatment bed not heated.Pool area is dark and due to the number of guests very noisy- not relaxing at all.Management should visit Seaham Hall or Ramside Hall for some inspiration.Wont be back.
