The treatment were really good and I found it good value for money as I got a special Christmas deal.
I spent most of the day using the facilities.

Booked this with my friends for a relaxing spa day we had a lovely day the food was really nice and everyone enjoyed their treatments was great value for money would definitely recommend.
Me and my partner both found the spa at the Manor House to be good. The staff were friendly, the spa facilities were great and overall it was nice and clean and good relaxing atmosphere. We both had treatments I had a back massage and it was amazing the staff member made me feel very comfortable and I felt lovely and relaxed after. My partner opted for a scalp massage and he also agreed the staff were lovely and accommodating and was treat very well and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Room door broke no replacement room so got downgraded with a £10 meal voucher as comp, what they should of given us was hiking gear and oxygen it was that high in the building, the rooms TV didn't work the room was dusty, the ceiling was so low I couldn't stand up straight. We sat down to eat at 8.30 pm and didn't get our main till after 10pm, so we had to abandon our dessert and the excuse that they were unexpectedly busy didn't cut it, loads more issues not enough space avoid like the plague
When we arrived we had been allocated a tiny box room with a mini double bed. Then offered a bigger room but we had to pay £20 extra per night for it.The new room was like an attic room. the bath and shower were covered in hair, as though someone had just shaved and showered! Again the staff apologised and cleaned it. The bed covers were inside out and the bath towels were stained. The bed was super uncomfortable and pillows were like bricks. Spa was basic and treatments poor. Wont go back
