Rude and unhelpful staff. Beds badly made. Smashed cutlery in room. Toilet needed flushed upon arrival in room. Cold pool. Rooms and facilities look nothing like the photos. Holes in robes. Wouldn’t recommend.
Guy on reception was distracted on computer on arrival he was ok but not as good as the rest of the staff , therapist was really good very friendly and facial was lovely my husband enjoyed his massage too , we were supposed to fill in a firm but no one told us , only bad thing was treatment was to late we couldn’t book dinner as wouldn’t have had enough time to get ready.
We had 2 treatments each at the spa as part of a Christmas gift very relaxing and the meal afterwards was delicious. First time we have visited this venue didn't realise slippers were not provided so it would be a good idea to advise first timers to bring some flip flops with you.
The room we were given was very poor, unclean and very out dated. I have asthma and I couldn’t stay in the room and was going to go home but got moved to a better room, which we should of been given in the first place. Why give someone a terrible room when you have better available, you think you want people to return?
Terrible, unclean, scruffy, treatment was a shambles. Used the cheapest products on the market, left me and my sister with horrendous skin 3 days later.
