Overall was decent for what you paid for, but when we arrived we weren’t sure what we were actually doing and ended up having our treatments with our normal clothes on and went for our food straight after, the service was a let down as there was only 1 waiter which forgot to bring my second drink and I wouldn’t of been happy with the food if I had to pay for it- as in the deal we got £8 off each for the food. The spa access was good but small, as it’s only in one room and was lucky there wasn’t anymore people in or else it would’ve been too crammed.

Had a wonderful spa day with my best friend for her birthday. Facilities were nice and treatments were lovely and relaxing. We did think there were a lot of people there on the day and so some facilities couldn't be used at times. As the facilities are small it may be better to check the number of bookings to ensure they can be used. Food in the restaurant was lovely and staff were very welcoming and friendly.
