Firstly was not told we would have forms to complete on arrival. Arrived at 9.20am for 9.30am start. So treatments started later. My friend booked 25 minute massage and only got a 15 minute one. I had manicure and nails painted . They were not dry when had to leave room for next people to arrive and smudged as soon as left room. My massage was very good , thoroughly enjoyed. The spa facilities are quite basic but think this is reflected in the price. The girl who did my massage and nails was very friendly. Stayed for lunch which was again ,ok for the price. Overall I would say was worth the price we paid -£54 which included £8 off lunch.

Very friendly staff. Food was excellent. We had a very chilled out day. The treatments were lovely....head neck and shoulder massage and facial...very soothing and relaxing.
This was my third visit..I have always found the food great, never had any issues with the food. Staff have always been helpful and the treatments very good ...would highly recommend

The treatments were great but the area lacked ambiance and was very tired looking. No loungers to lie on just tables and chairs. We booked jacket potatoes for lunch and both were cold.
Apart from the treatments I was disappointed
