Hannah was very friendly and had great customer service skills. She is an asset to the company. We had lovely treatments from both the girls, Katie and Vanessa. The girls doing treatments really could do with longer breaks between clients as it was a rush for them to manage a 20-25 minute treatment and allow customers to get changed in adequate time before the next customer arrived. This would give a more relaxing environment. However both treatments were very good. The restaurant was very nice and service was quick. The offer we received was very good value for money. And would return for future offers.

It’s was lovely my therapist was lovely. The only issues where there was to much noise around the room that disturbed the experience and I was a little cold throughout.

The beauticians were wonderful. The treatments were lovely and I felt very comfortable. I had Fran who was very professional and friendly. She explained what the treatments entailed and made me feel relaxed and pampered. Lunch was very good too, good choices and the waitress was friendly. Would defiantly go again. Thank you all for a great experience.

Overall great value for money, pool a bit crowded before lunch, but soon thinned out. Lunch was tasty, pot of tea a bit overpriced. Treatments varied - back/neck/ shoulder was limited in style, but therapist checked pressure was ok. Facial was not as deep cleansing as previous facials I’ve had, soft feet was super.
