The whole experience was amazing and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was top class and so was the service. Anyone who wants to relax should definitely come here. Next time we'll be staying a few nights

Staff were fantastic very friendly but other things let our visit down. After putting on my robe I found a pile of used hankerchiefs in the pocket. The place itself looked in need of a makeover but the food was bland dry and tasteless. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was dry with clumps of meat and no sauce. I did enjoy my visit and the facial and manicure were lovely. I felt very relaxed afterwards but the standard of the place and food let it down. Couldnt fault the staff though.

Took my mum for her birthday, found the staff absolutely brilliant - so courteous and helpful, cleanliness overall was to a good level, and the food was delicious. Only thing that let it down was how small the pool area was, and sauna and steam room were tiny and only one small Jacuzzi which was occupied for most of our stay... treatments were wonderful - very relaxing... Good value for money as I got our deal at a discount price on Groupon but I would have been very disappointed if I'd paid full price.

The spa area needs some loungers as people love to put their feet up on a spa day.
Usually beautician/masseuse leaves room while client gets ready on the bed, but this didn’t happen.
Also could do with some door hooks for robes.
Really enjoyed massage and facial treatments, really relaxing! Great lunch included with groupon (although clients should be advised to bring flip flops or slippers to go to lunch in robes across buildings). Staff were friendly and attentive.
