Our spa experience was mixed. Our treatments, facial and massage was excellent, staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately the amenities could do with some updating, pool side, sauna, steam room all looking rather shabby. snacks around the pool were limiting and not all available due to low stock. Our lunch in the restaurant was delicious.

This is the forth time we have been (and we will go again) - and on all occasions we have the food to enjoyable, the site clean car park able, the spa treatment and facilities are second to none and the accommodation was first rate and the staff were friendly and helpful - making an enjoyable break

My visit to Spa was very disappointing . It’s not changed in twenty years and needs some serious thought and investment. The spa area is very small with a leaking roof , steam room who’s door does not close properly and a sauna with a broken temperature dial. There were no beds to lie in and minimum amount of tables. The meal was good value but we then got stuck trying to get out of meal area as we were in our robes and a wedding party were gathering and taking photos at the exit. We had to get staff wait for a quiet time to pass by the wedding group and walk through a staff route through hotel to spa area. The treatments are cheap and this is reflected in the facilities and the staff approach. The staff were unprepared for treatments had to leave room several times including a toilet break during my 50 mins of being pampered. The music was provided by an old CD player. The residents in hotel above us were being very noisy. Nothing was explained about the treatments .
Overall this was a cheap deal but I was wishing my friend and I had spent the day somewhere else.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer the same week and so looking forward to this which made it extra disappointing .
On way out s bird got stuck in spa area and all the staff tried to get it out while the robbed people waited in the reception area.
The jacuzzi got fixed but we were told it was cold so did not use it .

Very busy very nosy, treatment ok seemed rushed. Lunch ok. For the money it was alright. Whole place needs a good clean. Girl who did treatment was pleasant.
