I visited 28/2/2018 with friends for a spa day which I treated them to, we had a lovely day, but that was more to do with the company than anything else! I couldn’t decide if a 3 star was to generous so gave you a 2! First of all, the jacuzzi wasn’t very Walm, we had to walk through a building site to get to our treatments, the rooms were freezing, the staff were lovely, the treatments were “ok” couldn’t enjoy them from how cold we were & the fact we were in bright lights not relaxing at all and we didn’t even have a towel put round our hairline for our facials. We had to pay a £10 each deposit for our robes (fair enough) but my robe had holes in it and the towel was covered in bleach stains! The afternoon tea was shocking, I complained the bread was stale to the waiter and he did change our selection of only two sandwiches to better ones and better selection, in the meantime we also realised the cakes were all stale, & the fruit scones were salty. Deffintly won’t be back, or recommend, really disappointed, and wish I’d booked somewhere else for the same price If not cheaper which would be cleaner and better! I’ve done a few different spa days now and this was deffintly the worse and not good value for money at all!

Never been to a spa before or had a massage or any beauty treatments. Enjoyed the experience and will return.
