Always love coming here. Lovely little spa and treatments are always great. Massage and facial were lovely and relaxing and therapist we're very nice. The spa facilities aren't the biggest but it was quiet when I went to used everything when I wanted. Only negative thing on this visit was the communication between staff. We pre booked our food from the longe menu and wasn't told to go anywhere in particular so when we arrived at the restaurant we were told we had to go the lounge but the chef said he would serve us in the restaurant. Waited about 40mins for 2mains while other people came in after us had starter and a main before we received ours. I don't know if this was because of the misunderstanding but we weren't told where to go. Long wait for good food. We didn't want to wait for dessert. Usually the wait for food isn't bad but this was the negative part of our spa evening.

Had a fabulous day, had lunch first which was lovely then went into Jacuzzi for a while before using the steam room and sauna. Lovely place to relax and wind down. Staff lovely and friendly. Had a fabulous neck back and shoulder massage followed by a glorious facial, I then finished off by relaxing in Jacuzzi chatting with other members before travelling home. One fantastic day 5 stars. Thank you Manor House.
