Hotel was very dated, staff didn’t seem very happy to help, the quality of the food was a let down and wasn’t notified of more options on the bar menu .

The treatments were top notch and staff very pleasant, respectful and competent with out being subservient. Walkways between reception and spa looked dirty. No flip flops provided. Had I been informed I would have brought my own. Had to go into reception to order coffee in my robe.

I visited the spa as a birthday treat for my daughter and couldn't fault our visit. Everyone was very pleasant and hope to return soon. A big thank you to their new member who did both our treatments making us both very relaxed.
