I booked a party for 6 and we went for lunch first, unfortnatley lunch was delayed and the time that it overun was taken from our treatment time. communication between restaurant and spa could be improved, the tratments are a main part of the day and were cut short due to no fault of ours as we were early in the restaurant as booked. On a positive note our waitress Lauren Grey provided excellent service and tried her hardest to resolve the situation which really was beyond her control also.

The place could do with updating and definitely a cleaner, there was hair and dirt everywhere. The treatment was lovely and the staff in the treatment rooms lovely.

Had a lovely day. The loud nail bar conversations made it difficult to relax during massage. And should have ordered extra veg /potatoes with lunch but didn't know that was an option. Otherwise, a really lovely day, staff exceptionally nice
