Changing rooms and showers badly in need of refurb. Pool area looking a bit sad. Long wait for lunch to be served - only 2 starters and 2 mains to choose from! (we were on day spa package). Treatments are excellent and very good value for money

Staff member who greeted us was wearing tracksuit bottoms and a bleach stained top. Other staff dressed in tunics, who were well presented.
The massage left my partner with back pain. As part of the Groupon deal, you got a 2 course meal. The dinning room chairs were stained, the glasses for water where dirty and dead flies along the window ledge. On the positive side the fish cake was lovely and the body polish was nice and felt good after it.

Swimming pool area needs a good clean same as restaurant.
Spa was ok beautician was lovely.
Whole place needs a re vamp very dirty!
