The manor spa was a total letdown. The pool and facilities were extremely dirty, the shower areas were filthy with collected hair in the shower cubicle. It was dark and dingy and could do with a full guttering to make it half descent. It had a smell of damp and decay and the staff were unkempt. Some advice save your money and don’t go.

The best part of this spa is the staff and that everything ran on time. The place itself needs some updating- the showers need replacing as they don’t work well and clog up when draining. The pool and “relaxation” area were far too cold for a winter venue. The back and neck massage was just an oil rub up and down the back, the body scrub was better but during the treatment water was being filled in an adjoining room which sounded like a Chinese torture and was not very relaxing.

The treatments were lovely and staff really friendly The spa could do with being updated it wasn’t the cleanest of places we only stayed for the treatments we didn’t feel comfortable in the rundown surroundings
