Went for the Easter weekend with a friend who is expecting her first baby. We both had a lovely muscle massage. Staff were friendly and very helpful,food was excellent!!! Highly recommend the spa break if you are looking for some relaxation time off a stressful life!!!
The hotel and staff were brilliant, really nice food with a good choice of menu, excellent facilitys (sauna, pool, gym). Deep tissue massage was 100% worth it,
the spa was so relaxing the only problem was there was a problem with steam there was no steam other than that the while experience was wonderful
I recently went to the Craxton Wood for a cream tea spa day, I was like a different person afterwards, so relaxed and chilled out. My deep tissue massage was a little painful at times as my back was so knotted but it has got rid of all my tension and I would really recommend it.
I love the refurbishment and am looking forward to returning with friends soon. My only slight criticism was that I waited quite a while to be shown round and it would have been nice to have been offered a drink whilst I was waiting to be shown the facilities
