I have made a formal complaint to them and am demanding a refund. They bake GDPR, CIVID and hygiene regulations. They should not be open.

We booked a package with two treatments each lasting 25 minutes (so 50 minutes treatments each in total) in reality each massage lasted around 15 minutes each both times. For example if the massage was booked for 2pm they would call you in a few minutes after 2, then they take you to a room and ask what pressure you want etc then leave so you can get changed but leave for a full 5 minutes. By the time they come back its been 10 minutes so the massage was 15 minutes.This happened both times to us

Treatments great but they really need to sort their catering arrangements. Most of the things on the already limited cafe menu were not available and the chap running that side didn’t seem very customer focused!

We had the rasul mud experience. The spa receptionist was lovely and showed us through to the treatment room. It is a self treatment and the rasul room is private for whoever is using it which is good. The steam system only worked for approx 20mins (staff said would be 45mins) and then stopped and there was no clock or help button in the room so we had to wash off and finish early which was a shame. The "spa" is very basic with only 2 saunas, 1 steam (which was also out of order) & pool.
