I love this place,it's the second visit and the staff are very welcoming....I was lucky that I had it almost to myself...I love the swimming and lighting and the jacuzzi....oh who am I kidding...I love it all...
On booking I wasn't aware the date I wanted wasn't available, I had a phone call the next day offering me weekdays instead. So I had to opt for another weekend.
We weren't aware it would be so busy with children, the pool was crowded and the steam room closed. The website didn't say the hotel was promoted as a family hotel.
No-one showed us round so we just had to explore. The staff were very young and not very outgoing but very polite if you asked them.
The Spa package was mid priced and mid value really.
Very relaxing experience and very good value for money. The back massage was wonderful
Fantastic venue with tranquil relaxing surroundings. Great spa facilities with helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful gardens to enjoy and complete relaxation throughout. Wonderful food at all times throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend a visit and will be sure to return very soon.
