Had a lovely time at the secret spa with my sister as a Christmas gift.Staff are friendly and the spa itself is fabulous.When we arrived at the spa it was their first day back in between the Christmas holidays and if I'm being very picky little things were forgotten.I have been to the spa previously and the first time it seemed more organised.All in all we had a lovely day but info about lunch times seemed to be missed and when it came to trying to purchase products it seemed we were almost in the way.Everyone has busy days and It won't put me off going back hopefully soon.

A fantastic treatment, totally tailored to my needs. Carly explained everything she was going to do, and helped select the right products that suited me. The back massage and facial were very relaxing and totally professional. Would highly recommend anyone who is stressed to try this treatment!

Treatment was superb as always. Bit disappointed with cleanliness of spa area and toilets. Sofa was split. Floor in places quite dirty and dusty. Apart from the treatment room the whole place could do with a good clean. Split sofa though definitely brought the area down . Would not stop me coming back though

Well worth a visit, lovely relaxing spa - not a "functional add-on" that you get at some hotel spas. The hot stone beds in the relaxation area are surprisingly comfortable. Treatments were fab and no hard sell on their products either.
