This was my first experience of the Swedish massage - lucky lot the Swedes !
This was so relaxing and yet invigorated some of my muscles that needed it; particularly my shoulders. When Carly started on my feet, boy is that a wonderful experience I nearly nodded off.
Highly recommended, I will be back for more of that.

If you've never had a facial , I strongly urge you to try one.It is honestly the most relaxing time you will ever have.The added bonus is that you cannot fail to be impressed when you finally look in the mirror!
Personally I cannot get enough of the lasting fragrance of the Espa products.Cant wait to book the next one.....
