I came on a day visit. The value, ambiance, spa facilities and treatment were all fabulous. This was a birthday from my sister in law and was beyond expectation. The only small criticism a have is regarding catering when last time I came a warm lunch of baked potato and salad was provided. Much preferred to sandwiches and cakes.
The venue is beautiful (although parking is a bit tricky) and even in the middle of a refurb, that didn't impact on our time in the spa at all. The staff are lovely (especially my therapist, Sarah), very helpful and informative throughout. When two of the treatments had to be changed last minute due to medical factors, they were consummate professionals. The products used are fabulous and I'm now a convert to the Espa range. Breakfast was a little limited, we could have done with more orange juice and the pastries were not the best but lunch was to die for. There was so much choice and we couldn't finish it all, even though we tried to! It was a wonderful experience and we have all said that we will now make it a regular outing to escape from the stress of work and enjoy a little girly, me time. Thank you very much for being so great.xxx
I received the voucher as a birthday present and had never visited before.
What an absolute little gem of a place in a beautiful setting. Lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for me, gorgeous little treatment room, had a wonderful Indian head massage with a lovely treatment that was left on my hair over night, leaving it in fantastic condition, relaxing music playing in the back ground... Shear heaven could have lay there all day, would highly recommend. Had a guided tour around the building, all the other facilities looked amazing, especially the pool and jacuzzi areas X
