Another magical experience. I was so relaxed afterwards, that my wife had to drive me home! Can't wait for the next one.
Aromatherapy Massage
Disappointing treatment. Lacking in ambience when customers turn up on foot to book a treatment so your treatment time is affected, plus reception is right outside the room. Sorry - not for me.

We have been to The Secret Spa on one previous occasion & were very impressed by the experience. On this occasion, we were not so impressed.
When receiving the reminder email (the day before our spa day) we realised that the times for our treatments did not coincide & that we would only be together for breakfast & lunch. As my friend was visiting from Australia, we had hoped to spend the majority of our time in the spa catching up with each other. We arrived at 9.20. My treatments went from 10.30 -12.45 & my friend's treatments were 2-4.15. We had to leave the spa by 4.30.
We requested a change to our appointment times on arrival but where told that The Secret Spa reserves the right to amend appointment times as necessary. This is not acceptable as we would have cancelled or changed our booking if we had known that we could not spend more time together. Another couple (mother & daughter) were also not able to arrange coinciding appointments. We were the only 4 people booked in for a spa day.
The staff were friendly & professional & the treatments very enjoyable.
The food was not quite as good as I remembered it & the butter dish was dirty (fresh butter being put on top of older, residue butter).
All in all, it seemed poor value (£110 each) for our experience & we will not be returning.
