Love this place, been going for over 20 years without a problem. This time I had a medical emergency and couldn't get there. Not only was Sarah sympathetic and genuinely concerned, but managed to get me an appointment the next day with Jenny. Thanks

The treatment was booked for my mum who recently has had surgery, the staff member was very knowledgeable with what treatment was suitable for her and adjusted accordingly. Both myself and my mum would totally recommend the spa! Excellent thank you!

I thought the treatment was spot on. However I think the place on a whole is looking tired. I have been to this Spa a few times and it has deteriorated. One of the girls was doing multiple things, the introduction was rushed, very fast. The lunch was very heavy, would have preferred a salad but that might just be me. All the cakes were taken home for our hubbies.
We all agreed it was a lovely afternoon been altogether but will look elsewhere for our next Spa.
