The venue was badly sign posted you have to really look as they are all covered by plants,plus very limited parking. We where there for a 40th birthday it was a shame that we just had one problem after another, no one in reception,no slippers,only lactose milk for coffee plus wash someone else cup before you could get a basic coffee. No sauna, jacuzzi was so hot you couldn't stay in very long,lunch had been sitting in reception since at least 9.30 not in fridge which you had to eat out of the box

I had a lovely afternoon with my daughter- a gift for Mother’s Day . The massage I had was really good . Staff are all very friendly.
The only thing I found frustrating was the noise of children screaming from the pool which I could hear in the spa area . There should be a door that is shut and makes the spa area relaxing for Adults.
