The spa facilities are very clean and well maintained. It is a lovely environment in which to spend a day - very relaxing.
The lunch/afternoon tea was exceptional! A real treat plus a glass of fizz that hit the spot.
My treatment with Sharna was excellent. I had a back massage and a pedicure. Sharia was very thorough and I enjoyed both treatments.

I can t express myself fully with the word count but first the positives.
The treatments were brilliant and thourghly enjoyed lunch.
Sadly the mistakes and missing communication and information given prior to day let down the whole experience.
No flip flops, no alternative to prosseco, not knowing teas and coffee apart from basics were chargeable, needing pound for locker. Asking for cutlery, broken sauna. Patch test forgotten so unable to have booked treatment. Won t be returning.

No slippers available so very slippy walking on tiled floor with wet feet. If we'de made aware of this we could have brought suitable footwear. Swimming pool water very cool steam room not working. Felt treatment was rushed. My friend was booked in for same treatment, she was offered much more and lasted much longer..Afternoon tea was delicious.
