I don’t usually write negative reviews but my husband and I were a leftdisappointed with our trip to the spa, which was a shame because our previous visit was excellent.
This time it felt too busy. 9 people on spa days along with members,felt like too many .most of the facilities/ beds were taken up at all times.
The treatments were a bit disappointing too, I was left in a freezing cold room for at least 20mins during my facial and my husbands massage was so light, no pressure applied at all.

I had an excellent experience. I’d booked online & chosen my massage quite randomly. Having discussed what I wanted from the massage & how I was feeling in myself Sarah adapted the treatment to meet my needs & it was divine. Everything about this experience was excellent, the atmosphere, the ambience, Sarah’s caring, lovely professionalism & of course the perfect relaxing massage which was my goal
