There was a comment made that my daughter couldn't have prosecco that was allocated to us as she was pregnant and I asked if she could have orange juice in its place and was told they had none but they would go to the shop, we never got the prosecco or the juice. Tea and coffee facilities, the cups were dirty so to have to wash a cup before having a drink is not good. My daughter is a therapist in a spa so used to having a facial and there seemed to be a lot missed out.

Beautiful clean facilities but the the staff was unwelcoming upon arrival, as a spa therapist myself the products were nice but unfortunately not the facial itself it could of been a lot better
