Lovely venue, jacuzzi was heaven, pool a bit noisy as little ones in.
Afternoon tea was very tasty but might have felt more indulgent if served on a “cake stand” rather than just given the box.

Had a really amazing day, all staff are helpful, professional, very welcoming, my sister and I always visit this spa when she comes up to visit northumberland. I can give it the highest recommendation, there is nothing to improve our visit, and would recommend it to everyone whatever their age
