Overall the spa itself was pretty decent, but there were a number of things which really let the day down, we didn’t have a relaxing day and felt that we were not given good value for money. Sadly wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend either!

Couldn’t fault the therapy staff and treatments were second to none. But felt totally deflated and intimidated at the ignorance and rudeness of the health club members who obviously had full use of what I thought were the exclusive spa guest relaxation area. A complimentary tea/coffee was given on arrival, but any more were charge extra. When you pay so much for spa day you wouldn’t expect to pay £1.50 for a t-bag ! Unlikely to visit again; pity as the therapists were excellent 😊

First time visit, lovely friendly staff, amazing facilities and I particularly loved the relaxation room and made full use of those heated reclining beds.
Shared changing facilities were not to my liking especially when you are using the changing cubicle / shower with the curtain closed and it is pulled back on more than one occasion by the same older male.
Lunch was ok, we expected it to be much better than it was considering where it comes from.
Would return to use the facilities though

Great nails, lovely new denim blue shade. Massage was just right, has really freed up my right arm which has been giving me a lot of pain. Highly recommend both treatments from two very experienced therapists. Thankyou so much!
